Your journal is sacred. We built Our ADHD Brain with privacy at its core. We will never sell your data, and your personal entries are never used to train AI models.

Important: Your personal journal entries are NEVER used to train external AI models. When we use AI to generate reflections, your data is processed in real-time and not stored for training purposes.
We use AI services (such as OpenAI) to provide personalized reflections. These services process your entries to generate responses but do not retain or learn from your personal data according to our data processing agreements with them.
